Principle of Property Specialties Corporation, Billy has over 25 years of Real Estate experience. Billy  first started working with his family as a contractor at the age of 18 rehabbing residential real estate. Later he went on to Property Management until recruited to Commercial lending. After many years living and working in West LA to Downtown Los Angeles he settled down with his wife and two daughters in Mission Viejo CA and built the Property Specialties Team. Billy has a passion for Real Estate and loves working the deals! He prides himself at not chasing the money "commission" but providing the best service and he believes the money will come if you lead with your heart! He loves teaching his experience to other young Real Estate Agents and networking with both future clients and industry professionals.
